The International Scientific Conference on Raw Milk gives scientists with a long career in research, the opportunity to explain the raw milk ecology and the benefits of raw milk dairy products.

The aim of the Conference is to disseminate,  promote discussion and participation between scientists, technicians, cheesemakers, consumers, health competent authorities, and journalists, as a starting point to create an international network of scientists working on raw milk.

The Conferences include also some visits to cheese dairies, scientific posters exhibition, an exposition area, tasting of raw milk artisan cheeses and dairy products from all over Europe, and other activities we are preparing. We will keep you informed.
